Happy Monday Traders!

I hope you all enjoyed the weekend and the time away from the charts!

We have another BIG week ahead of us with plenty of companies reporting earnings and tons of economic data.

Let’s dive in.

Market Thoughts

The market did extremely well this past week and traded in a weekly profile known as a, “Classic Expansion.”

A Classic Expansion is where Monday puts in the low or high of the week and we distribute all the way to weekly targets basically in a straight direction.

After a Classic Expansion, we can likely expect to see a Following Expansion afterwards.

This is where we trade to the 50% retracement of the range from last week and then continue higher into bigger bull targets.

I’m expecting this to happen this week, but keep in mind that it doesn’t necessarily have to play out this way.

My job is probabilities, and the probability is highest that this is the setup we see.

Either way I will find opportunity in the market, but if we can capitalize on this type of movement it will be a blessing.

Ideally I would like to see something like this on the charts this week.

Equilibrium sits at 18,644.50 and we have that NDOG that I would like to see filled before going higher, but it doesn’t have to.

If we want to sell off all week that’s okay too, it’s just not what I’m expecting and I need actual confirmation of that to change my bullish thoughts.
